A little bit o’ shaking going on

The US Geological Survey says that a pair of small earthquakes were recorded in Campbell County early Sunday, January 19th.

A 2.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded near Fincastle in Campbell County around 5:19 a.m. on Sunday that was centered a little over 21 miles under the surface.

A smaller, 2.0 magnitude tremblor was recorded at around 4:24 am, according to the USGS.
