6 area student-athletes announce college plans

Several area athletes have signed their national letters of intent to continue their academic and football careers in college.

Anderson County teammates Ryan Moog and Trey Noe will remain teammates at Davidson University in North Carolina.

Oak Ridge had four players sign, including Kai’Reese Pendergrass and Timothy Johnson, who will play at Carson-Newman. Herbert Booker is headed for North Carolina A&T, and Jeremy Mitchell will play at Gardner-Webb.
