Medford VFD looking for items for yard sale fund raiser in June

The Medford Volunteer Fire Department will be having a fundraising yard sale on June 7, 8, and 9th. They are asking the community to help by donating items for the sale, which will raise money for equipment and other needs for the Medford VFD.

They are looking for the following items:

  • toys,
  • baby and children’s clothing,
  • books (Children and Adult),
  • furniture,
  • outside toys,
  • camping gear,
  • fishing gear and tackle,
  • sporting goods,
  • working appliances,
  • electronics,
  • tools,
  • DVD movies (No VHS),
  • video games for modern systems and board games,
  • household items,
  • and arts and craft items.

Donations can be dropped off at the fire hall at 3250 Lake City Highway in Rocky Top on Thursday evenings, at Karen’s Hair Salon in Rocky Top, or you can call Jackie Phillips at 865-323-9111 or Karen McCoy Shubert at 865-776-2386 to arrange a pick-up time for donations.
