Marietta Davis, age 73, of Kingston

Marietta Davis, age 73, of Kingston, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 at her home. She was born February 27, 1945 in Kingston and a life long resident of Roane County. She enjoyed working in her yard and her flowers. Marietta loved older country music, especially Loretta Lynn. Her children and grandchildren were her life, as well as her special dog, George. Preceded in death by her parents, William & Martha Kate Myrtle Murr Long; sisters, Maurice Grigsby & Linda Johnson; brothers, Tommy & Bill Long.

The family will receive friends 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Monday, May 14, 2018 at Fraker Funeral Home with funeral service following at 1:00 pm, in the chapel with John Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Bethel-Fairview Cemetery. Online register book can be signed at www.frakerfuneralhome.net . Fraker Funeral Home of Kingston is in charge of all the arrangements.
