TDEC issues permit for Bull Run discharges

The Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation’s (TDEC) Division of Water Resources has issued a permit to TVA’s Bull Run Fossil Plant for the discharges of cooling water, process wastewater and storm water runoff and operation of a cooling water intake system from that plant.

The Division of Water Resources issued the permit on April 2 and it was announced by officials on the following day.
