The Oak Ridge City Council will meet Thursday June 15th (tonight) at 7 pm in the Municipal Building Courtroom. Among the items on the agenda will be consideration of the city’s budget on second and final reading.
The Council will also vote on a resolution authorizing the city to enter into a professional services agreement with Kimley Horn & Associates out of Nashville for engineering work on the pedestrian safety project funded by a TDOT grant on the Turnpike and South Illinois Avenue. The contract is worth an estimated $298,800.
Council members will also consider a resolution allocating up to $75,000 to the Secret City Festival to help offset expenses associated with the Secret City Festival, which wrapped up last weekend.
The Council meets tonight at 7:00 pm in the Oak Ridge Municipal Building Courtroom.
