Clifford “Cliff” Hardie, age 72, of Clinton

Clifford “Cliff” Hardie, age 72, of Clinton passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 at The Waters of Clinton.  Clifford was born on October 21, 1943 in Ohio and was a veteran of the United States Navy.  Cliff was a former police officer with the Clinton Police Department.  Cliff will be remembered for his sense of humor and love for others.

Cliff is survived by a brother and a sister.  He also considered Diane Walden of Clinton a great friend and caretaker.  Cliff was thankful for the staff at The Waters of Clinton, and staff at the Clinton Dialysis Clinic for their loving care and friendship given to him.

Cliff chose not to have any services but will be buried at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery in Knoxville.  Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.  holleygamble.com
