ACCAC signing people up for commodity cards

Anderson County Community Action will sign people up for the green commodity cards May 1st through May 12th on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 am to 12 noon at their offices at 149 North Main Street in Clinton.

If you already have the green card, you do not need to sign up again. Those that do sign up need to bring with them proof of income and proof of residence.

Commodities will be distributed on Thursday May 25th from 10 am to 1 pm at the National Guard Armory in Clinton. Participants will need to bring six brown paper bags with them to the distribution. For more information, call 865-457-5500.
