Clean-up in Coal Creek Watershed Saturday March 18th

The Coal Creek Scholars and the Anderson County Solid Waste Department as well as Detention Facility volunteers will be leading a trash clean-up in the Coal Creek watershed this Saturday March 18th.

If you are interested in volunteering, all you have to do is meet at 9 am at Briceville Elementary School.  The more volunteers that show up, the sooner the cleanup will be finished, so the public is invited to participate.

This will count as a work day for Coal Creek Scholars interested in qualifying for one of the scholarships the Coal Creek Watershed Foundation awards annually to Anderson County High School seniors who hail from Briceville and the watershed.
