Early voting enters final week

Early voting for the November 8th election continues through thus Thursday November 3rd.

In Anderson County, 1733 people voted on Friday and another 717 cast their ballots on Saturday, bringing the 10-day total to 15,374, a total that also includes paper ballots mailed in and votes cast at area nursing homes. Anderson County voters can vote today through Thursday from 10 am to 6 pm at the Clinton Community Center, the Midtown Community Center in Oak Ridge or the North Anderson Government Office in the Anderson Crossing Shopping Center. In Campbell County, 757 people voted on Friday while another 274 cast their ballots on Saturday, bringing the total there to 5167. You can vote in Campbell County at the Election Commission office in Jacksboro today through Thursday from 9 am to 4 pm or at the Jellico Municipal building from 9 am to 2 pm today through Thursday. Friday, 1333 Roane County residents voted, followed up on Saturday by another 776. 10,971 people have already voted in Roane County, and the rest can do so today through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm at the Harriman, Kingston or Rockwood Community Centers or at First Christian Church in Oak Ridge.
