FARM Markets celebrate 30 years

On Saturday, September 3, in Oak Ridge, meet three of the farmers who signed the original FARM Markets charter back in 1976.  Charter members who are still farming and supporting the local markets are Mr. & Mrs. Hubert (Bud) & JoAnn Cannon and Mr. Julian Hopper.

We’re honored to have local government and business leaders celebrating with us at the FARM markets for our anniversary week.  We plan to continue efforts to connect farmers and artisans directly with East Tennesseans who want top quality Pick Tennessee Products.

As always, we’d love to see your #ETNFARMpics from the market on social media. We’ll re-share our favorites!

Event times are:

Tuesday, August 30 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at Ebenezer Road Farmers Market

1001 Ebenezer Road in Knoxville

Friday, September 2 from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at Lakeshore Park Farmers Market

5908 Lyons View Pike in Knoxville

Saturday, September 3 from 8:00 am – noon at Oak Ridge Farmers Market

Jackson Square
