Michael Louis Boone, age 64, of Kington

Michael Louis Boone, age 64, of Kington, passed away Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge. He was born September 22, 1951 in Blount County and moved to Kingston at the age of two and lived his remaining years as a Roane County resident. He was a Kingston High School graduate and an All American football star. He was a member of Iron Workers Local Union No. 704. Mike also enjoyed turkey hunting and fishing in his spare time. Preceded in death by his father, Cledith Boone; 3 brothers, Ronnie, Steve & Douglas Boone.

The family will receive friends 5:00 pm–7:00 pm, Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Fraker Funeral Home with eulogies to follow at 7:00 pm, in the chapel by friends and family. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to be made to Fraker Funeral Home, 1445 Kingston Highway, Kingston, TN 37763 to help with funeral expenses.
