GSMNP temporarily closing Noah Bud Ogle Trail and Cabin

Great Smoky Mountains National Park Officials announced the temporary closure of the Noah Bud Ogle Nature Trail, Noah Bud Ogle Cabin, and associated parking area along Cherokee Orchard Road. The closure will begin Tuesday, April 26 and will continue through Thursday, April 28.   No public access will be allowed during the closure period due to the removal of numerous hazardous trees. The area is expected to re-open to the public on Friday April 29.
