Christine Heatherly Miller, age 90 of Clinton

Christine Heatherly Miller, age 90 of Clinton, TN passed away on April 18, 2016 in Cape Coral, FL.

She was born in Campbell County at “Heatherly’s Point” on the Powell River and was raised in the Demory community. She graduated from Central High School in Jacksboro “Class of ‘43”. She was a long time member of Second Baptist Church in Clinton. She had been manager of Richy Kreme Drive-In for thirty years and retired from K-mart Corp. in Clinton. She was an avid reader and loved to work crossword puzzles until she lost her vision.

Preceded in death by her parents, Harrison H. and Pearl Hutson Heatherly; brothers, Melvin and J Will Heatherly; sister, Georgia Richardson; granddaughter, Ashley Miller.

She is survived by:

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 pm, Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow in the chapel with Dr. Michael Thompson officiating. Interment will follow at the Bakers Forge Cemetery in Campbell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Second Baptist Church, Clinton, TN. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
